Cultivate is a strategic consulting firm that partners with leaders at science-led companies to build high-performing cultures. As a Strategy & Culture Consultant, you will directly partner with our clients to define, build and activate their most important cultural priorities. You will take ownership of engagements, ensuring client needs are deeply understood, work is delivered with excellence, and projects run seamlessly from start to finish.
This work will sit at the intersection of innovation, strategic thinking, leadership development and navigating organizational transformation. All in service of architecting meaningful change and business results for our client partners. Your work will intersect our firm’s five practice areas – advisory, communications, experiences, movements and research.
Advisory: Embed thought leadership, facilitate strategic conversations and build roadmaps that translate dynamic challenges into actionable steps forward.
Communications: Develop compelling messaging frameworks, communication strategies, and marketing assets that align stakeholders around cultural initiatives and drive meaningful engagement.
Experiences: Build and facilitate immersive learning programs – virtually and in-person – that build critical skills and shift mindsets in engaging and memorable moments.
Movements: Create community-building strategies and change champion programs that create sustainable momentum, cultivate advocacy networks, and embed cultural change throughout the organization.
Research: Generate robust measurement frameworks, assessments, and data visualization tools that demonstrate impact, uncover insights, and inform evidence-based decision making for cultural initiatives.
This role combines client relationship-building, hands-on creation of deliverables and project management. We are looking for consultants who enjoy flexing with the needs of the work.

Key Responsibilities
Deeply understand our enterprise clients' industries and strategic objectives while building broad stakeholder relationships that uncover their evolving needs.
Create novel solutions that inspire leaders to meet their business objectives and steward a leadership culture in which others feel empowered to do the same, across our practice.
Ensure all deliverables are meeting quality standards and surpassing our clients' expectations.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive impact.
Own all aspects of client engagement management by creating structured project workplans with tracked milestones, maintaining transparent communication through proactive updates and documentation, and facilitating effective meetings with thorough preparation and comprehensive follow-up.
Conduct regular strategic planning sessions for projects, ensuring clarity in objectives, takeaways and actions.
Partner with internal and external creative design partners to build compelling assets across photo, video and multi-media platforms.
Conduct regular retrospectives, including closeout activities that capture feedback, review final deliverables, identify new opportunities and apply lessons learned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
3-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, innovation or leading transformative initiatives at growing companies and/or large enterprises.
Research capabilities to understand company Investor Reports, Financial Metrics (including standard financial statements), key business terminology and strategic priorities.
Expert-level PowerPoint skills in both narrative development / storylining and in slide design.
Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
Track record of successfully managing complex stakeholder relationships across disciplines and at scale (either with multiple parties or within a large enterprise.)
Facility with digital platforms and technologies.
Experience creating initiatives and deliverables specifically for culture transformation and/or change initiatives.
Comfort with Artificial Intelligence tools – in particular GenAI/Large Language Models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Grok) to improve the flow of work.
