The company’s Culture & Development CoE - specifically the Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) team - sought to spotlight the impact of its signature learning programs through prestigious external recognition.
With standout programs across leadership and learning development, the team needed a strategic partner to help craft award-winning submissions across various award categories. This required not only deep storytelling expertise but also the ability to synthesize complex program details into compelling narratives that met the rigorous standards of the awards process.
Solution
Cultivate led the end-to-end development of submissions that clearly demonstrated each program’s impact. The team conducted in-depth interviews with program leaders to uncover unique strengths, measurable outcomes, and strategic intent behind each initiative.
Fully customized submissions were created, tailored to multiple award categories per program and aligned with each category’s judging criteria. Each entry met all technical requirements while delivering a compelling, values-driven narrative grounded in Regeneron’s mission, leadership principles, and culture.
Results
Cultivate produced a strong portfolio of high-quality award submissions, including two joint entries, representing the company’s top-tier programs. Each was strategically aligned to maximize recognition potential, with some submitted across multiple categories to enhance visibility and impact.

Improving employee ability to gain organizational buy-in and momentum

Challenge
While generating ideas was a strength for the creative employees at the company, they identified a gap between their employees producing ideas and then actually seeing those ideas come to fruition. Employee submission forums weren't working. What they really needed was to develop a bias toward action orientation within their employees.
Solution
We customized our Advance Your Idea curriculum to meet the needs of their employee population in Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Malta. We then adapted the curriculum during the beginning of the pandemic to support virtual coaching and idea development so as to not lose momentum.
Results
One of the employees created an entirely new role for herself, dozens saw their ideas through to completion, and others realized through the process that they needed to evolve their ideas to better meet the business needs. More than 200 actions were taken including a new support group, an app was developed, and a network for allergy and pulmonology patients suffering from SAA (severe allergic asthma) was created.
