Challenge

Generative AI is a revolutionary technology, and leadership wants their employees to take full advantage of it to realize improvements in skill development and productivity. However, there’s a lack of AI literacy along with fears regarding how the technology’s rapid evolution might impact their work and careers.

Solution

We built a curriculum to demystify AI by making it real and concrete through immersive learning experiences, an AI Community, design action workshops, and grassroots campaigns that capture and tell stories of ongoing transformation to accelerate adoption and overcome resistance. We have also begun working with this client on transforming their overall people strategy to ensure that it's fully integrated and simplified by AI.​

This is a recently developed program that is currently in implementation.​

Challenge

With the formation of a new HR Center of Excellence and new leadership, the Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) team needed to integrate effectively within the new structure and shift from a reactive, instinct-driven approach to a more strategic, enterprise-focused one. At the same time, they had to continue delivering best-in-class, global learning solutions while ensuring their work was more coherent, aligned, and impactful.​

Solution

Cultivate facilitated a productive day-long work session with L&LD leaders to develop a strategic plan that guides and supports their work. The strategic plan defined the team’s purpose, key strategic initiatives, enablers and challenges, along with an integrated roadmap aligned to their priorities.​

After the strategic planning session, Cultivate held follow-up meetings with the L&LD team for review and refinements.​

Results

The strategic plan positioned the Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) team to drive greater impact across the organization by aligning its work with enterprise-wide priorities and critical business needs. ​

It provided a clear path forward for how the L&LD team will support ~15,000 global employees and leaders while strengthening their ability to operate with agility, clarity, and readiness to meet the organization's growth and future workforce demands.​

They wanted an intentional strategy and supporting programs to continually foster a culture of innovation. The goal was to preserve their secret sauce as they scale and to set the company apart as a trailblazer in the industry.​

Solution

We led a collaborative research process and a series of workshops to define what innovation means to our client, the supporting objectives & principles, key metrics, and a cohesive north star narrative.​

After codifying the concepts, we led internal stakeholdering efforts to build enthusiasm and developed a 3-year plan to operationalize the vision.​

This is an active engagement, with the roadmap in implementation now.​
