What movements are you creating?
We help companies do something rare: spark or reignite movements inside their organizations that people want to be part of.
Creating Movements
From Initiative to Energy. From Change to Commitment.
At Cultivate, we don’t launch programs. We spark movements.
We help organizations create lasting shifts in mindset, behavior, and culture by building movements that people believe in — and choose to champion. Whether it’s rallying around a new vision, resetting how teams lead, or scaling a behavior change across the enterprise, we design and activate movements that go far beyond communication or training.
What We Deliver:
Movement Strategy & Design
We identify the critical behaviors, emotional levers, and cultural signals needed to build internal traction — then design a movement architecture that inspires people to engage, adopt, and amplify.Activation & Cascade
From C-suite to front lines, we choreograph how movements take hold — with immersive launches, tailored leader engagement, and dynamic tools that make participation feel personal and energizing.Leader & Influencer Engagement
Movements spread when leaders and local champions step in, not just speak up. We equip them to model, reinforce, and scale momentum across teams and functions.Behavioral Nudges & Cultural Cues
We embed change into daily moments — using behavioral science and practical interventions to help people shift how they think, decide, and act.
How We’re Different
We blend strategy, psychology, and storytelling to drive emotional connection and deep buy-in.
We don’t rely on top-down mandates. We design for pull, not push — so movements scale with energy, not fatigue.
We have a track record of building movements that support enterprise-wide priorities — from leadership behavior change to DEI to digital transformation.

Scaling empathy at a medical device company through cascading team behaviors
Client: Medical Device Company
Industry: Medical Device, Healthcare
Challenge
A medical equipment company sought to increase the performance of its teams through creation of "team principles.” In order to scale these principles and cascade the associated behaviors with all employees, they partnered with us to create an immersive and engaging scenario-based experience.
Solution
We incorporated the story of a patient into a team experience to make it even more directly applicable, using the powerful insights and contributions of internal employee stories and experiences.
Results
This gamified scenario was delivered to the top 100 leaders of the organization, who were then empowered to deliver the scenario to their teams and supported with a “train the trainer” session, mobilizing these new team principles and behaviors throughout the organization, and laddering into a strategic measurement plan.
Leading the transformation of an ERG Network united around intentional growth
Client: Large Health Insurance Provider
Industry: Healthcare Insurance
Challenge
We partnered with our client through the intentional transformation of their ERG operational model, inspired by a commitment to increasing workforce involvement.
Our plan included: a multi-year strategic plan, focus on growth and engagement, development and connection opportunities for ERG Leadership and Executive Sponsors
Solution
A three-day hybrid summit infused with our Community Accelerator curriculum kicked off the transformation’s momentum within the ERG leadership network.
That spark was sustained through ongoing resources, learning, and Action Hours for ERG leaders as well as for Executive Sponsors, as we executed our plan and responded to emerging needs.
Results
Ambitious goals of the ERGs’ organic growth were exceeded while engaging the organization at every level. We helped their company jump from 16% to 35% of their employees belonging to an ERG.
There was a noticeable improvement in Executive Sponsor/ERG Lead connections, an increase in the use of data to connect ERG efforts to business goals and impact, and improved strategies for designing
an intentional member experience.
